My rear brakes suddenly started to grind and knock. I no longer felt safe driving with my children in the car. I called Rick and he told me to come over immediately and he would take care of it. We ended up having to wait for the parts supplier a little longer than expected. But, he used this time to check a few more parts of my vehicle and explain some things I had questions on. Once the parts arrived, he was swift yet thorough. The before service and after service test drives by Rick instilled confidence in the surety of the work. I am new to California, but I have not seen commitment to work or care in a job well done better than at Rick's.

Yes I called around and found Rick's Automotive to have the best prices in town. In this economy, one has to look around for the best deals. I called and spoke to Rick, the owner and mechanic. He assured me that he will be doing all the work himself. He is honest and would not sell you anything your car doesn't need. Once he replace your parts, he will show you what your old parts looked like. In my case, my drive belts were dried and cracked and he pointed this out. It was better that I replaced these now or pay later when they snap on a trip far away from home. I would recommend this shop who need a honest and reliable place for their car needs. It was also nice that he gave a discount.
