Honest, dependable, kind, communicative, transparent and knowledgeable. Rick is so helpful and eager to provide excellent customer service. After assessing your car's needs, he sends over pictures of each suggested issue with a description and price for each line item. You are therefore able to immediately discuss and clearly decide what needs to be done, and approve the work on the spot. There are no surprises at the end of any work that happened without your prior knowledge. He has a loner car if needed, he truly puts his clients first.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Rick! Seven months ago, he installed my rear brakes and rotors, and recently, there was an issue. He took care of everything under warranty, went above and beyond by upgrading the parts, and even covered the extra cost without charging me more. Truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and commitment to quality.

Thank you, thank you, thank you for the nice review. We learned a little about the parts we used on your Mercedes. We rarely have problems with brakes making noise and now know that the OEM brake pads we used can have flaws at times. We stayed with the same company but I found out through my vendor which pads had the best history and that's what you have now. Thanks again for the great review.

Ricks auto repair is the best! Fast, knowledgeable, and reasonable prices.

Ok, drive shaft broke on my truck. Had no choice but to tow it. I was referred to Ricks. Once you sign up, you communiste thru texts. Major plus. I agreed to the fix, Rick was cool enough to let me pay via CC or thru their express app. Rick also diagnosed other problems that should be addressed. He also rents cars thru the turo app. $30 a day.
