Reputable auto repair shops are hard to find, but I trust Ricks Automotive in Springfield Missouri. Very clean shop, knowledgeable certified mechanics, and helpful office staff. Did what they said at the price quoted, spent time discussing my vehicles future needs, it was worth driving an hour to take my truck there. I'll be back when I need work done.

Rick has always been very professional and transparent with his fees with regards to repairs. Quick repairs and on time with when he stated repairs were going to be done.

I had my Jeep, Grand Cherokee repaired at Rick's for the first time. I must say I am very impressed and was given excellent customer service . And more importantly after the repairs on my jeep its running so smooth . I will definitely return to have all my car repairs done by Rick and his staff.
