Got a quick estimate and was charged what I got quoted. Problem fixed and no complaints.

I had a great experience with Ricks Automotive. Professional and friendly staff provided auto repair in the fastest manner I have ever experienced. Staff was great at communicating problems with vehicle at a non-mechanic level and are good at obtaining consent before working on problems. Loner vehicle was very convenient in saving money and continuing my busy work week. My truck has been running great after repair and recommend this service highly.

Even though we have a small company fleet of vans, Rick always does quality work and has our vehicles back to us quickly, which means the world to us and our business.

Rick was great! did a good job on my brakes and was quick too! didn't have to spend my whole day there! Good place to get your car fixed!

Rick and his crew were friendly and fast when I needed a break job. He charged me $120 ...which was the cheapest and I greatly appreciated. Only one con....after the work was done he tried to get me to pay more then was agreed upon. Which I did not appreciate. First he asked for an extra $20. When he seen that I got irritated he asked for an extra $5 which I paid. So I ended up actually paying $125. Changing the price was the only con.

my experiance was a good one due to the flexibility of the owner. even on a busy day, i was instructed to return to the shop in 20 minutes after dropoff and my car would be ready after the oil change service i ordered, and it was. that's appreciated, especially with lack of prior notice.

I took my Jetta in last week. I've been screwed over plenty of times by mechanics through out my life so I have a tendency not to trust them. Rick was very nice and professional, I wasn't left feeling like I was just another dollar sign. My car runs great and he even went out of his way to find out that a really expensive part that I needed fixed (The dreaded catalytic conv.) was still covered under a warranty that I didn't even know I had. So if you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic look no further you already found one!!!

I found out Rick has an emergency car to use for those like me who don't own a second car. I think it's a very creative idea because it relieves the mechanic and the customer from some pressure to see the car fixed. The mechanic will not rush to fix it and will take his time to check it out and at the same time, the customer will not urge the mechanic. This should be taken into account by many.
