I took my Jetta in last week. I've been screwed over plenty of times by mechanics through out my life so I have a tendency not to trust them. Rick was very nice and professional, I wasn't left feeling like I was just another dollar sign. My car runs great and he even went out of his way to find out that a really expensive part that I needed fixed (The dreaded catalytic conv.) was still covered under a warranty that I didn't even know I had. So if you are looking for a trustworthy mechanic look no further you already found one!!!

I found out Rick has an emergency car to use for those like me who don't own a second car. I think it's a very creative idea because it relieves the mechanic and the customer from some pressure to see the car fixed. The mechanic will not rush to fix it and will take his time to check it out and at the same time, the customer will not urge the mechanic. This should be taken into account by many.

I originally took the vehicle to the dealer for a FREE inspection and FREE service light diagnosis and was quoted about $1,400. Not only did they miss a couple things but they wanted to replaced something that didn't even need to be replaced and not to mention it was the most expensive part of the repair. I am so happy that I took the vehicle to Rick's, not only did I save more than 1/2 OFF the dealer quote but because of their integrity I was able to get other things repaired on the vehicle that otherwise would have went unresolved. Rick was fair with his prices and did an excellent job, I would definitley recommend Rick's Automotive!

needed an oil change, it was 4PM on a friday. Rick and his guy was their for me, in and out in no time, great looking out Rick.

I was recommended by a friend who was VERY satisfy with Rick's work. I don't really know much about cars, but When I brought my car to Rick's, with little explanation, Rick knew the problem right away even with little information provided to him. Rick is very honest and respectful when it comes down to cars and he'll tell you straight up what you need right there and then. If you need to replace a part or need to get that taken care of right away Rick or Chris will let you know if its needed not like other auto mechanics out there where they just do the job and not say anything to fix the problem (I had a lot of bad experience with other auto mechanics out there that does that). At first I was very skeptical, but when Rick finished the job, my car was running good just like when I first bought my first car. You can count on Rick or Chris for any repairs he will take care of your car. Rick and also Chris (his partner), has done a very good job and professional job with my car I would very much recommend this to anybody who needs a very good professional mechanic. You can count on Rick or Chris for anything. Their both easy to talk to and they give good advices for your car.
