I went there due to a break problem. Immediately i was helped by Rick and Chris and found out that my break pads ar worn out just after 7k miles. Waited just an hour and i was back on the street. Thanks guys for the fast service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!

As usual, great job Ricky and Chris. My experience with Rick's Automotive is always great service with a smile and reasonable pricing. The Nissan dealer wanted to charge me over $1,100.00 to service my can but Ricky charged me half the price and did additional work on my car. My car is happy and so am I.

Today was my first day at Rick's Automotive Service Repair and I am so glad I went. My service engine soon light came on early this morning. I went to Auto Zone because I thought they could run the test to tell me the code. They couldn't and gave me the card for Rick's Automotive. I got there and Rick helped me right away. He told me what the problem was and fixed another problem that I was having. He even offered me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait. Turns out there was more problems with my car. But it was cool. Rick was very friendly and the price was decent. I'll be going back to get the rest of the work done. If you live in the South Bay area or are frequently in the area, stop by Rick's for all of your car needs. He's very professional and he'll get your car fixed right. I went to Rick once before... And like the first time I received great service. The first time I referred anyone for anything. Rick is a great mechanic. And he has great integrity in his work. The cheapest prices for such great work.

I took my Toyota Highlander to Rick's Automotive. I knew it needed a few things and I could not be happier with the service provided. Rick made sure to call me and tell me what was wrong, what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. His prices are more than reasonable and he delivers a personal touch you won't get at a dealership -I know, because I used to work at one! He had all the work done by our agreed upon pick up time and I am happy to report, my vehicle drives like it's new again! Rick is now working on my second car and I'm sure I will be just as pleased with the results~

Trust is a big issue when it comes to who I take my car to, since so often my limited knowledge is taken advantage of. I immediately felt that I could trust Ricks Automotive and I was not disappointed. When I drove my car out, it ran well despite my refusal to fix all the problems it has. He did not pressure and worked with my situation.
