I took my Toyota Highlander to Rick's Automotive. I knew it needed a few things and I could not be happier with the service provided. Rick made sure to call me and tell me what was wrong, what needed to be fixed right away and what could wait. His prices are more than reasonable and he delivers a personal touch you won't get at a dealership -I know, because I used to work at one! He had all the work done by our agreed upon pick up time and I am happy to report, my vehicle drives like it's new again! Rick is now working on my second car and I'm sure I will be just as pleased with the results~

Trust is a big issue when it comes to who I take my car to, since so often my limited knowledge is taken advantage of. I immediately felt that I could trust Ricks Automotive and I was not disappointed. When I drove my car out, it ran well despite my refusal to fix all the problems it has. He did not pressure and worked with my situation.

My car seemed to be leaking coolant and was making a bit of smoke....I called Rick's, and was told to bring it right in. No leaks found, all was well, and since the car was there and due for an oil change, Rick took care of that unbeknownst to me. Thank you Rick. Good looking out!

Rick's Automotive has provided us excellent quality care for our vehicles. Rick and Chris have serviced our Dodge-VIPER on repairs and maintenance. They have a extensive knowledge on racing cars and racing engines. You would not believe in this small town of Lawndale that such powerful tools and knowledge is here! We now have Rick's taking care of our Dodge-RT CHALLENGER. I had a bad experience at the Dodge dealer where we purchased the vehicle during an oil change service, they messed up and offered no remedy except a car wash! So therefore; I do not and will not trust "dealerships". ..... I would rather take my vehicles to a small business owner who offers quality personal care! I highly recommend Rick's Shop.
