I found my new regular mechanic! Rick went the extra mile to help me out. Right away, I was greeted with a smile and handshake which means a lot to me. They immediately put my car on the lift to check everything out. They checked all the major as well as minor components thoroughly. They told me exactly what was wrong while showing and explaining everything in detail. They even put it in layman's terms so even a n00b like me could understand, lol. He was very honest and even talked me out of a few unneeded repairs. They worked with me on the pricing and got my estimate down to what I could afford. Don't mix up cheap with quality. The service here was top notch! They did all my repairs very quick. Rick even double checked everything to make sure my car was done right and running smooth. This shop treated me like a VIP from start to finish. When I started my car it felt new again! My experience here was AWESOME! Rick even worked on cars with a fedora hat on which gave this shop a "cool" factor, lol. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a honest repair shop. I feel like a television commercial but this shop is the real deal. From now on, no one touches my baby but these guys! lol

Found this place from yelp and I was not disappointed. The owner Rick is super cool and honest. He won't try to up sell you anything you don't need. He takes the time explain everything to you and even gives you a loaner car to drive while your car gets repaired. He did an excellent job on my brakes. When I went to pick up my car he even had it washed! He goes the extra mile for his customers. I plan to bring my cars here from now on.

250 words? Seriously? There's so much more to mention! Okay, as I was saying... Rick gave me a loaner car and I was able to cancel the rental. My car needed a lot of work and I was sure I'd be paying for many days on a rental. However, the work was completed in record time. I was sure it would take a lot longer. Rick is efficient but thorough, and kept me posted throughout the process. He also assured me that as time goes on, he will let me know what's due next, so that I can plan it into my budget. I don't think my car has ever run so well, my MPG is up and I am no longer thinking that I need to buy a new car. Rick's place is clean and he'll treat you to an amazing cup of coffee or tea and make you feel welcome and very comfortable. I highly recommend this facility but you should book your appointment soon, because I have a very big mouth and he is about to get extremely busy! (You can tell him Dana sent you!) :)

I will recommend Rick's Automotive to my friends and family. The Mechanics were very efficient and trustwothy. Pricing was reasonable and guess what? I havefinally found a great place to service my car. Thanks so much for fixing my car and checking to see if it was safe to drive to work.

I just had my brakes done from Rick's and I must say service was very good and fast. They have really good deals on brakes. He also offers shuttle service so you don't have to wait in the shop. I would recommend Rick's auto to anyone that needs their automobile serviced.

Purchased a Yelp Deal I took my '04 Acura TL to Rick to replace the water pump, timing belt, and drive belt after he quoted me $100 cheaper than the next best mechanic I had talked to. He was extremely helpful and did a great job on the belts. He even sent text updates with pictures at the work was being done. To top off his efficient and honest work, he drove me to the nearest Metro station after I dropped off my car and kept his shop open an extra hour and a half when I was late getting down to Lawndale to pick up my car on Saturday. Great mechanic and great guy. Customer service doesn't get better than this...thanks again Rick!

I recently moved to the area looking for a new autoshop to take my Passat. After going to several shops, and getting the run around and astronomical prices I found Rick's. Initially I was skeptical because of my previous experiences but Rick provided me with honest answers in a very professional manner. Not only did Rick provide high quality customer service but he also has very reasonable prices. I highly recommend this shop.
