I have been bringing my vehicles to Rick's Automotive for a couple years now. Rick and his mechanics can and will work professionally and efficiently on ANY vehicle.He listens carefully when you describe the issue with your vehicle, and asks questions to see if there is something more. He is careful to give you an accurate estimate and will not do any work without getting your approval first. Rick has loaner vehicles while yours is being serviced and has provided modified shuttle service when that's all I needed.He has recently remodeled and has a nice lounge for customers if they choose to wait. Get the "Car Care Club Card" - worth the investment.A couple years ago, when I was looking for a good vehicle for my daughter, I called him and asked if he would check one out. For a reasonable amount - I won't quote it here so as not to lock him in to a price - he checked over the entire vehicle, gave me a list of what needed to be fixed - and recommended the purchase. I am confident that if the vehicle was a piece of junk, he would have told me "don't buy this."BTW I used to work at a car dealership and KNOW that Rick's prices are very reasonable. If you want regular maintenance for your vehicle and don't want to pay the $$$$$ from a dealer, go to Rick's.

I'm new to CA and don't have any friends in the area that could have helped me drop off my car. So what kind of auto shop would drop off their customer at work so they can work on your car to then pick you up from work? None. Except for Rick! Can't say enough good things about the service! Oh and my car is great again.

Terrific service with some good people. Speedy and expert, and the price is not highway robbery! Highly recommend Rick and his company.

I had my transmission flushed and changed for a good price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also straight shooters, they didn't mess around with me at all. The only thing I noticed was it took longer than expected but that is not a big deal. If I could I would give this place 4.5 stars
