I had a coolant flush at Rick's Automotive. I was served with a friendly staff. They explain why I need the work done to my car and what exactly they were going to do. I would deffenitly take my car back to them.

I went to get my Water Pump replaced. Rick's team performed a good job! They also replaced my radiator and drive belt filled my coolant.

Loyal customer. I trust Rick to take care of my cars. I have a '01 Audi TT coupe and '11 Dodge Durango. I feel I am getting a fair assessment, value, and price for the repairs and preventive maintenance at the shop. I've referred my friends. The only downside is we've moved and I wish the shop would move closer too.

Sometimes my finances are a bit tight, and Rick is able to work with me on getting services for a price I can afford. I understand he has a business and can't always do that, but he accomodates when he can. Also, he is easy to talk with and personable.

Great experience car club is a great deal. Rick always treats my cars and me well. A truly honest mechanic!

I needed a new radiator for my '01 LR Discovery. Rick found me a good deal on a new radiator, and got my car back back to me quickly. Way to go Rick!

Last month(Jan/2013), I took my Honda CRV to Rick's Automotive to replace the worn-out timing belt, including other related belts, water pump etc. for the whole package. He gave me a good price and he is a very friendly guy, the kind of guy that you would want to hang out with. To make a long story short,he was unable to fix my car correctly on the first round and I had to bring the car back to his shop again. After several more attempts of putting the engine in and out (I really mean a very serious effort for that), he finally got my car running again and without charging me more money. Ofcourse, he could have tried to collect more money from me by claiming that there might have been some other things wrong with my car (some mechanics do) but he did not do that. To me, that's what I would call the HONESTY! Thank you Rick, Victor
