I had my transmission flushed and changed for a good price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They are also straight shooters, they didn't mess around with me at all. The only thing I noticed was it took longer than expected but that is not a big deal. If I could I would give this place 4.5 stars

Purchased a Yelp Deal If you want your car fixed well, take it to Rick's. Our '98 Expedition, with 184,000+ miles, was in serious need of service (engine issues, alignment, air conditioning, etc.) After seeing the positive reviews on Yelp, we brought her over for service. Rick provided a loaner car, promptly provided an estimate on what our services would cost, and was really nice. Our truck is running like new! I don't have to avoid hills anymore! Seriously, these guys know what they're doing, and have excellent customer service.

Rick called within a couple of hours with an estimate for the work to be done. The car was ready by the end of the day. Everything seems good with the car right now. So long as the car doesn't fall apart, I'd say job well done! I'd come back here again.

I enjoy taking my car there esp. now that the lounge is upgraded. I have been burned at repair shops doing work that wasn't really needed so I was skeptical when I came here. So far Rick has been completely honest about what I need. Integrity in auto repair, what a concept! By the way, there is a good car care package that makes the oil changes super reasonable. This shop is the place to go when your car is in a jam, I speak from experience. This place has never failed me. Whether you're looking for a good shop for regular maintenance or need something fixed right, Rick's Automotive is the place to go. They also have a Toyota Certified Master mechanic on duty full-time so need I say more? Plenty of secure parking (no feeding the meter game around here!) A Vietnamese Cafe across the street to hangout at and enjoy some delicious Vietnamese ice coffee. :) Plus, they're building a new customer lounge with DirectTV and A/C! Thanks again, guys!!
