I needed some serious work done on my truck (wheel balance, oil change, engine problems etc) and so I looked up mechanics online and ricks automotive popped up having great reviews. By far the best place ever to take your car. Rick is super nice and knowledgable and provides nothing but great customer and car service. Rick's Automotive was awesome. Rick, the owner, is a South Bay native and is just an all-around solid guy. I was freaked out cause I may have waited too long to change out my brakes. Rick promptly took in my car at 7:30am and by 9am I had a link in both my e-mail and cell phone directing me to a site where I could view pictures of my brakes complete with a written diagnosis. It was pretty impressive. Minutes after that, I received a call from Rick as a follow up. He is quick, professional, thorough and he gave me a great deal on my brake job!!
