Recently moved back to L.A. and had major oil leak on my truck I asked friends of mine if they knew of a good shop to take my truck too, they told me to go to Ricks. I was so glad I listened to him the service was great quality of the job done was amazing the communication or what needed to be done was on point. Rick is not only a good mechanic is also a great person and is now the only mechanic I will take my vehicles to thanks Rick for a great job.

Great service and very reasonable prices; Rick explained EVERYTHING beforehand including what the cost would be and that was amazingly refreshing to see in this day and age! My car is now running great and I am very pleased to have found a mechanic that I can trust. Wish I had found them earlier because it would have made my life so much easier and less stressful!

Being new to LA and with an older model car that I drove over 2200 miles (from Atlanta), I had a major service repair I needed to have done prior to passing the stringent emission/smog testing that is required in the city. Rick's Automotive, as they have done in the past answered the call of service needs. Rick took his time to explain to me the course of action he would take to resolve my issue and went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right the first time. Rick is thorough, fair, and empowers his customers through empowering them by educating them during his one on one consults. I am a repeat customer and wouldn't trust anyone else with my old Cadillac.

Best and most honest mechanic you'll ever find. I've been taking my cars here for a.few years now and never had any issues. Cars ways ran perfect and the problems were always fixed. I won't go anywhere else.

They were very helpful and even took care of a couple of minor issues without charging me.

Rick is real friendly, no bs. He is not trying to put his kid thru college on your dime. Knows his stuff and is an honest guy. Absolutely no complaints.
