I am very happy going to ricks for all my car problems, my car is running very smoothly , and it's ten years old. I find the prices reasonable , and it is very convenient to leave my car , I can walk and pick it up.

I first went to Rick's 4 years ago. He saved me a ton of money on a 30,000 service for my Yukon Denali. (over the dealer's cost). I liked all the good reviews, which is why I used him. Now it has been 4 years and 3 more cars of mine he has worked on. Good guy, great prices, good work. I like a place with 5 star reviews. You can actually learn more from bad reviews and the responses to them. You can tell when someone generally cares by their responses to negative reviews. Rick does.

Great service, friendly staff, fast responses, and fair prices every time. Have had maintenance done on my vehicles several times here now and am always happy with the results. Ricks's also offers a great tech savvy service for notifying about upcoming maintenence, providing easy to read estimates, and general communication. It's a step beyond the normal experience for a repair shop that I really appreciate.

I have to say that Rick did a tremendous job working on my 2007 Ford Focus. He was upfront and reliable. He sent me photos of the parts that needed repair and talked me through each problem. He really works on customer service, explaining everything that needs to be done and how much it will end up costing. He will also pick-up and drop-off if you need to leave your car for a bit. His prices are great, much better than some of the others I went to, and his work is wonderful. I feel very fortunate to have found a great mechanic and I will be taking my car to him from now on!! Also, I am now recommending him to all of my friends.

I really appreciated how well Rick communicated my 2007 Ford Focus's repair problems. He sent me an email with photos and then talked me through each repair issue. He made sure I understood what needed to be done. When I got my car back it was running amazingly well. In addition, the prices were well affordable and within my budget. I cannot say enough good things about this mechanic and I am now recommending him to all of my friends!!
