The service at Rick's was terrific! I was on my way to take my son back to UC Irvine from Agoura when my battery and engine lights came on. It turns out I needed a new alternator and belts. Rick went out of his way to accomodate my schedule. He fixed my car promptly which enabled me to get my son back to UCI to attend class that afternoon. Our car's alternator went out yesterday while we were passing through, so we looked up the nearest mechanics and chose Rick's. Rick's Automotive Service was, by far, the best choice we could have made! Rick diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts, and had the car completely fixed all in the same day. He even got us back on the road in time for me to make it to class. On top of that Rick is a great guy: kind, knowledgeable and he really cares! Truly top notch.
