I started taking my vehicles to Rick's a few years ago. I have seen every make of vehicle in there for everything from an oil change to a transmission rebuild and more. Every customer is treated with kindness and respect, and Rick is very polite with his staff as well. He is diligent about contacting me immediately with any issues - whether my repair will be delayed due to ordering a part, or a recall needs to be remedied, or a different issue was discovered. He also takes the initiative to price check parts and labor ahead of time, and will tell you if something is urgent or can be delayed.
