1 check-in I've been a loyal customer of Rick's for a couple years now. He's always been very professional and attentive. Unlike going to the dealer, Rick's prices are reasonable and he is an honest mechanic which is hard to find. I had an issue with my vehicle (a crunching sound going over bumps). It just didn't feel right. I had taken it to a dealer previously and they said there was nothing wrong, however I could use new tires. So, I took it to Rick's. Right a way he lifted the car and right before my eyes we saw the problem. A missing bolt and nut. Yikes! He went on to further inspect the car to make sure things were safe since the dealer had been so negligent. Once finished he drove it around the block with me to make sure I was happy with the suspension. I know how my baby sounds when she's happy. Anytime there is an issue he sends me an estimate and pictures of what needs to be changed. He's even texted me video. My car is fairly old so requires some maintenance, however with Rick's help he keeps my baby running happy. His prices are always honest as well. He never over charges me like some mechanics do, and he stands by his work. He is always there to do right by his customers. Thanks Rick. You've been awesome. Keep up the good work! My car hasn't needed anything in a while so sorry I'm not around as often...but hey that's your fault! Ha ha ha... You're the best.
