If you need a mechanic Rick's Automotive Repair shop should be your vehicles primary care doctor. The owner Rick is an awesome guy and the mechanics are vehicle repair experts. They changed my brake pads, resurfaced my ROTOR, and provided me with a college level mechanics course for under $250. 😍I went to 2 other well known shops and they told me I needed new ROTOR(S) and several other maintenance repairs when I know for a fact that wasnt true. RAR will be my vehicles doctor from now on. 😍

My van overheated yesterday while I was in rush hour traffic. I called right away and he walked me through the steps to get my vehical safely to his shop without causing serious damage. He loaned me a vehical so I could be on my way and get to work the next day. Fortunately it was nothing to serious and my van is ready next day. They have cared for my older vehicle since the day I got it and i have kept up on maintenance and fully trust their judgement. I can't say enough great things about this place, I have relied on them time and time again and I have never been less than completely happy! And they have coffee!!thanks Ricks Automotive!! Five-star service every time. I dont trust anyone else with my van. I have never felt cheated or ripped off. I know i can trust Ricks advice to care for the maintenance on my older vehicle. Read more My van was given to me by my grandpa after he passed away, I remember when he first bought it, it is very special and sentimental to me. I took it to Rick's shortly after I got it so he could do a full inspection. It needed quite a few things since it was an older vehicle, he found it had a major oil leak, my shocks were bad, he even suggested the tires to be changed. Well I had him fix mostly everything, but I held off on the tires. 2 weeks later on the freeway on my way to work guess what exploded, yes my tire I should have listened, but anyway, Thank you Rick for taking care of my pride and joy I'm very satisfied and will be coming back soon to fix that gasket near the timing belt. Rick is the man! Super attentive and explains everything. Took my car in for an AC diagnostic as it has been acting rather weird. Rick and the team was able to identify what's wrong right away (turns out a Schraeder valve replacement) and had the whole thing back up and running by lunchtime! This was my first visit to "Rick's" and the owner Rick made my experience pleasant and made me feel as though his crew would make sure that I was left with a great running truck and what was a priority and what could wait. He also fixed things such as my drivers window and my third brake light not to mention the diagnostic at no cost. Because of the service and personal respect I received I will only use Rick's Automotive for life! Thanks for the 5 STAR service gentleman!

Great service all around.

1 check-in 1st time going to Rick and the first thing I notice is how clean his shop was. Not very many mechanics shops are this well kept which told me one thing. He takes pride in his work. Took my wife's car here which needed a lot of work and his prices he quoted were lower than all other shops I went to. Plus he loaned me a loaner car which saved me money from renting my wife a car for a few days. He was friendly professional and he constantly kept me updated on what was going on through email and text. His services were high tech compared any other mechanic I've been to. I live about 40 min away from his shop but I heard good things about him so I decided to give it a try. I will definately take the 40 min drive again when I need my vehicles fixed.

Rick's Automotive is more than deserving of the 5 Star rating. I've been coming to Rick's to care of my vehicles I've owned. They are 5 star rated in customer and technical service. He cares for you and your vehicle. He has a system that informs you of your maintenance and automatically schedules an appointment for you. I trust him with my vehicles and recommend him to all my friends and family.

12 check-ins Great spot to get your car fixed. My car has seen Rick so many times, its ridiculous. Lol. But in a good way. He offers an autoclub card to get oil changes and discounts on auto repairs. (Lets say Ive saved quite a bit). My oil changes are ususally not on time, but he forgives me on that. As an honest mechanic, if he notices something wrong or says that the car is due for certain things (like a tune up), gotta listen to the man and get it done. It'll help your car in long run to run better longer. If there is major work to be done and low on cash, he offers Car Care Credit. Its pretty awesome and life saver financially. Also, the waiting room has a tv, coffee and water, and new comfy chairs. Also magazines to let the time pass.
