I took my truck in today to Rick and his staff as I needed a 3rd brake light wired into the wiring harness. I emailed the shop and Rick told me to come in the next morning at 10am! I was in and out of there and I appreciate the speedy response and quick turnaround. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs a reliable and professional mechanic. Thanks Rick! Attentive and straight to the point helped me not only get my 1995 Mitsubishi diamante running. He helped me decide what could be best approach and create a plan. He is literally my go to mechanic. He has helped me with my Pontiac grand am 1994, Ford f150 1991 custom , 2001 Ford expedition, 2001 dodge intrepid and even our 2012 Ford fusion. Has a great turn over time. Something I didn't expect is how fast he works on getting your parts and your car to most excellent condition as possible.

Ricks Automotive took care of my car and my car is running better than ever! 256k on a 2007 Acura TL she is still going great thankfully, so I can hold out a little longer for a new car. I came in with a bad alternator and Rick looked at everything else with the vehicle and provided an excellent summary. What excellent and friendly service. Rick loves his craft, and it shows! Rick is a honest and funny guy. I have him take care of my daughter's car and he is doing a good job. Rick and his team consistently delivers top-notch service! Checked in my car to have my AC system troubleshoot, turns out just had to recharge refrigerant. All in all it was done in a couple hours! I would highly recommend having your car maintained by this A-team!

Took my 2009 Explorer in with a possible water pump leak that another shop diagnosed the day before but could not fix because it was a Sunday. So it's Monday now and I call Rick's to see how much they would charge for a water pump. Rick quotes me a fair estimate that is not dirt cheap nor crazy expensive. However, he first told me I need to bring it in to make sure it's the water pump. I'm pretty sure it's it since another shop just pressure tested the cooling system and saw the leak coming from the water pump. Here is where Rick's shop shined and showed how qualified they are to work on cars and not waste my time with unnecessary repairs and expenses. The mechanic pressure tested the cooling system and used mirrors up and down engine looking for the source of the leak. Minutes later... problem found! Not the pump, it was coming from the thermostat housing. I'll bring this review to an end by saying thanks to Rick and his crew for taking great care of my vehicle. I allowed the rest of the maintenance needs on my car to be done as well and they did a fabulous job. The work was finished well with an engine steam cleaning to make my engine bay look new again. Special thanks for the hard work on changing the battery harness that was very corroded on the negative terminal. That was dirty and hard work that even Ford dealership preferred not to touch last time I had been there. From my experience you're better off spending a little more to save time and headaches in the future. Get it done right! Take it to Rick's.
