They'll give it to you straight and no need to makeup bogus repair jobs to make $$$$. Very legitimately work and always great customer service. This is my go to mechanic for all my car needs. A friend of the family recently started working there. This is how I was treated with my first experience that is Rick's Automotive Service. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff will take you step-by-step and line by line through what is wrong with your vehicle with a very comprehensive check. The lobby or waiting room is very comfortable offering snacks and drinks. I definitely recommend giving Rick's Automotive Service a try.

So happy with the care and service I got from Rick's shop! They took pictures and emailed me updated pricing...pics tell everything! For a oil change, oil pan gasket, 75k service, new oil pressure sensor (so glad I asked for that, I knew it was malfunctioning!! No more light lol), spark plugs, and cleaning out the rear brakes I think the price was great! They were even nice enough to stay after closing for me to come get my car (mostly for my house keys which I forgot to take with me...duh). That was great! The car runs so nicely with the new plugs. Thanks guys for the excellent care and service! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Rick's Automotive always come thru with flying colors. I made an appointment to have my oil change....well, it ended up that i needed new rear brakes.....rather than, setting it up for another day, he had a technician work on it that same day I was there. It saved me a lot of time and I didn't have to come back later, like most shops will do. They always take care of me and my car.......there's never a complaint on anything they do. I appreciate all of them for taking care of my car and having me out of there in good time. Rick's Automotive will never let you down.......if they do, then they'll make up for it in other ways!!!
