Took my 07 avalanche and did everything everything they could to help me out on getting another engine. All their work is proffesionally done which i am happy with . Insurance was a nuisance but this repair shop is awesome. Would defininetly come again because they ensure their work unlike most shops and you may pay a bit more but drive with a peace of mind

Great Place, 5+ Stars! I wanted my 2011 Mini Cooper S to have a full evaluation; the break light was on, some lights out, needed oil change, etcetera. Additionally, just to have the entire vehicle inspected as I am tired of taking it to places where they feel the need to say things need to be done when they actually do not. I am so impressed! These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile, in a friendly, relaxed manner. They communicated with me during the service to inform me what was identified during the inspection, then went on to explain the options available to me. Not only is service expertly handled, the prices are extremely fair, and they take their time to educate you! What a knowledgeable, professional, honest, and remarkable staff. First exceptional experience, turned me into a lifelong and loyal customer. Thanks Team, it is appreciated!

This was my second time going to Rick's and i can say honestly this shop is my favorite. The know what they doing and you come out filling like you get your money's worth. They do a great job of explaining what they're going to do and willing to work with you on understanding what your paying for. Worth every penny

Rick and the service techs always do an amazing job. My last visit was just for an oil change and a few technical fixes to get me through my next smog check. As always, they were very professional and got me in and out of there very quickly. I have done other major work there and have always been impressed with their professionalism and quality service.
