a few days before I was referred to Rick’s automotive I was getting different estimates from shops so I could have the transmission rebuilt in my 2008 Honda Civic Si. When I called the dealer to get an estimate and they told me $7400 and two weeks with my car I knew I had to look elsewhere, Some places were relatively cheap but would only offer six months to four months for a warranty. no one has faith in their work nowadays. the first thing that caught my eye about rick's automotive is the warranty “between 2 and 3 years“ nothing like a mechanic that can actually stand behind his work, not BS anybody and give nothing but facts and Knowledge when speaking to you with respect. They had my car for less than a week. when I got it back it felt brand new and I couldn't be happier with the results, you can tell they took their time and paid Attention to detail. I had already tried to get my transmission rebuilt once with Amco are a year ago and all they did was take my money and give me a 30-day warranty, it is such a relief to finally get my car in perfect working order. I would definitely refer my friends and family to Rick’s Automotive.

Great service as always. I had an untimely break down, but Rick's A.S. had me back on the road in no time. They kept me updated with text notifications so I could track how repairs were going and adjust my schedule accordingly. They back all their work and will make right any discrepancies within reason. I won't have my vehicles serviced anywhere else.

I've been going to Rick's and getting my cars serviced since 2012. What I really like about them is the diagnostic is typically thorough and more or less spot on. They possess much of the same diag tools as the dealerships, but repair for less than 1/2 the price typically. I drive mostly luxury vehicles and have been fully satisfied when I needed service there. This last repair my BMW 740iL I took to another BMW stealership in L.A., they quoted me well over $8k for pretty basic, routine work to be done. I was able to get ALL of that work, plus some extras done with Rick's for around $3k. If you drive a BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Acura or other car do't feel shy about bringing it here. In the moment it happened i was scared and did not know what to do Michael received my car same day and repaired what was wrong. These guys are Rock stars, for cars, seriously! My car is older but in great shape and condition, so when these guys, Mike and Rick got finished with my car, the stallion was back, its a clean Black 730il with less than 90,000 miles :) . And the price was right, the service was great, they kept me in the loop as far as what stages of repair my stallion was in, I'm very impressed, they are my service repair for my BMW's!
