Hawthorne and Lawndale Auto Repair

I've been going to Rick's and getting my cars serviced since 2012. What I really like about them is the diagnostic is typically thorough and more or less spot on. They possess much of the same diag tools as the dealerships, but repair for less than 1/2 the price typically. I drive mostly luxury vehicles and have been fully satisfied when I needed service there. This last repair my BMW 740iL I took to another BMW stealership in L.A., they quoted me well over $8k for pretty basic, routine work to be done. I was able to get ALL of that work, plus some extras done with Rick's for around $3k. If you drive a BMW, Mercedes, Audi, Lexus, Acura or other car do't feel shy about bringing it here. Tell him Pablo sent you, so I can get some referral credit :-) lol

I have been coming to Rick’s for a variety of mechanical issues that I have with any one of my vehicles and he has been a reliable and dependable mechanic. I really appreciate his detail reports during and after service. Just like to thank Rick and his crew for doing excellent work every time.

I had a frightening problem with my vehicle, and it was my first time experiencing this situation. In the moment it happened i was scared and did not know what to do Michael received my car same day and repaired what was wrong. These guys are Rock stars, for cars, seriously! My car is older but in great shape and condition, so when these guys, Mike and Rick got finished with my car, the stallion was back, its a clean Black 730il with less than 90,000 miles :) . And the price was right, the service was great, they kept me in the loop as far as what stages of repair my stallion was in, I'm very impressed, they are my service repair for my BMW's! Took my 07 avalanche and did everything everything they could to help me out on getting another engine. All their work is proffesionally done which i am happy with . Insurance was a nuisance but this repair shop is awesome. Would defininetly come again because they ensure their work unlike most shops and you may pay a bit more but drive with a peace of mind

Great Place, 5+ Stars! I wanted my 2011 Mini Cooper S to have a full evaluation; the break light was on, some lights out, needed oil change, etcetera. Additionally, just to have the entire vehicle inspected as I am tired of taking it to places where they feel the need to say things need to be done when they actually do not. I am so impressed! These guys know what they are doing and go the extra mile, in a friendly, relaxed manner. They communicated with me during the service to inform me what was identified during the inspection, then went on to explain the options available to me. Not only is service expertly handled, the prices are extremely fair, and they take their time to educate you! What a knowledgeable, professional, honest, and remarkable staff. First exceptional experience, turned me into a lifelong and loyal customer. Thanks Team, it is appreciated!
