Really had a great experience, the staff was nice and worked with me to get what I needed done.

After getting tires mounted on my GMC Envoy the mechanic told me the suspension bushing needed to be replaced and they don't do that kind of work I went online and searched for good mechanics that did suspension work and found Rick's Automotive. They were rated five stars and were close to me so I made an appointment. Rick and Michael explained what was wrong and explained the repair process and the cost of the repairs. They perform an inspection of my Envoy and let me know what needs to be done in the near future. All in all, I very pleased with Rick's Automotive.

They were so professional and helpful. Excellent customer service. They went above & beyond to repair my car, including the little things, like a broken radiator cap. They also allowed me to leave it overnight. My regular car place wouldn’t allow it. Rick’s is now my go to car repair shop for both of my cars.
