Very comprehensive service. Technicians do thorough assessment of the vehicle and explain their recommendations well. They also look at certain work to be done for maintenance that will preserve the vehicle over the long run. Very polite and I really like their way of communicating via text/email.

Towed to Rick’s when my 2010 Dodge Nitro overheated on the 405N. Rick served me coffee while replacing my blown-out water pump and drivebelt within 3 hours, for a reasonable price and with a smile. Superbly competent and caring crew. Rick’s makes the world a better place👍

Did a great job at finding what was wrong with the car. Gave me a loaner to use while the car was being repaired. Car runs extremely well after the repairs. Extremely satisfied with service.

Ricks was local to my neighborhood. I looked up their reviews on Yelp and gave them a call, spoke with Michael and gave them a try on Saturday. I am a retired mechanic and Michael and I hit it off talking about his car collection and Hot Rods, Muscle Cars etc. They did a great job for a good price, I will be using them exclusively. I had an amazing experience at this service center, I happened to have needed very minor service but that is not what made my experience so great. The representative Michael was sooooo very professional from the very beginning he kept me updated during the process. The waiting area is nothing fantastic but it is tidy and welcoming. They are open on Saturday which worked well for my schedule. They seem to stress maintenance as well as repairs.

Insane customer service from the second I made the appointment to when I drove my newly serviced vehicle home. I am so glad I found this place. ❤❤

I met Rick at the bank while I was talking about car woes from another auto repair and he told me about his business. The Jeep was in the shop the next day, after having sent a quote when needed quickly and they followed up immediately. Everything they did was great follow-up and service with a three year warranty. All the guys were super professional and I would highly recommend them to all.

I actually meant to go to a different auto place at first until I read their reviews on yelp. They went above and beyond my expectations with their services and I am not surprised with their success as a constantly steady run business. They are great to their customers and honest! I appreciate their work and help making sure my car is absolutely safe and taken care of in the best way. I will recommend them always.

Best mechanic shop I’ve dealt with hands down dropped my car off at 9 am and got its back the next day around 11am and the had to order the part great communication very friendly love them would definitely go back and would definitely recommend to family and friends
