Having worked for Nordstroms', most of all what I liked about there customer service they keep thier customer's up to date on all repairs, there customer service apps alow you real time communications. I highly reccomend them to anyone looking for honest, realiable guarnteed workmanship.

I have been going to Ricks for over a decade he is always very straight forward and detailed to what needs to be done. He gives you a step by step of what is most needed but most of all he provides you a car to use while your car is in his shop, his staff is also very friendly, I wish all the shops are like his.

I'm very pleased with the level of professionalism and customer care I received at Rick's Automotive. These guys have it dialed in with a great team of knowledgeable technician/mechanics that really know what they're doing. My 4runner was vibrating at low speeds and I had to drive it like that a couple days before I could bring it to Ricks. I drove it in early this morning- they test drove it, put it up on the lift for a thorough inspection and found the problem immediately. Bad YOKE ASSEMBLY off the drive shaft. It was old and bearings had completely fallen out. It was causing the entire vehicle to shake and vibrate. They gave me a quick estimate and said they could handle it for me same day. I was in and out of there within an hour and a half and running smooth again. I have an older vehicle and not a whole lot of money, but Rick and his team do a great job of working with you to prioritize issues and help keep you safe and on the road. We need our vehicles to get to work and provide for our families, I truly feel Rick and his team dont ever lose sight of that. Pricing is more than Fair for the level of service these guys provide and the quality of work they put out. Thanks Rick! You and your team are #1 in the Southbay Hands Down! Rick and Mike were so great to work with and they kept me well informed during the repair of my car which got hit hard on the left side front end. I could not ask for anymore to be treated so great these guys are the best.

Very honest and thorough team of mechanics! I was a "walk in" with horrible grinding back brakes. They completely checked my car and then gave me a very fair deal on what I needed to have fixed. They were willing to work with me and they understood my safety came first. They got the parts and had the work done in a few hours.
