Excellent, honest, prompt service with great communication. I have a 2010 Toyota Prius that I had to take in for services and repairs. There were a number of major issues that needed repairing. Rather than charge an arm and a leg they provided options that were budget conscious and getting the job done. I felt very taken care of and it’s hard to find an honest and reasonably priced Mechanic. The shop itself is very clean and organized which gave me confidence as well. And the owner has implemented a very impressive Tech communications system that sends you email and text updates to let you know the status of your car so you’re never left wondering or trying to check in. I was shocked when Rick performed the diagnosis on my to find out the bearings were shot in my car! One could only imagine the potential disaster that cpuld have unfolded there.. I am ever thankful to have Rick and his team on my side. Expert diagnosis and repair and my car, once again, runs as smooth as ever.

Hands down best mechanic in the South Bay!! I brought my 2005 Toyota Tacoma in because suspension was all out of wack. The staff at Rick's Automotive are all very professional, experienced, and very thorough. They kept me informed as to what work was needed for my Nissan Altima and updates of their progress. They also gave me pictures of existing defected parts that support their diagnosis. In addition, they provided me with a detailed list of the work recommended to be done in the near future, which included the cost of said work. I was very pleased with their service and highly recommend them.
