Traveling from Tucson to Inglewood, our car started to make a horrible grinding noise from the front drivers side wheel. A call to AAA pointed us to Rick’s. I made an appointment for first thing the following morning. They took me in right away, test drove the car to confirm, put it on the lift and quickly found the problem. I approved the necessary repairs (including replacing the brake fluid, which they recommended.) Within a few hours, repairs were made, test driven again and now all is well. Kudos to Louis Ramirez (Service Advisor) and Jack Thompson (Technician) for taking care of our problem quickly and professionally. Being from Tucson, I may never have work done there again, but if you live in the area, I strongly recommend you take your vehicle to Rick’s for service. They are the best!!
