Rick came to my rescue. My car started driving like it was about to cut off then my check engine light started flashing along with my trac light. I pulled over to see what was going on. Google said to get it serviced ASAP!!! I'm heading towards home and to the left I see Rick's Automotive Service. I make a u-turn and met Rick. He was heaven sent and just a great guy. I explained my issues, he said he would run diagnostics and let me know what he finds. I left feeling relieved that my car was in good hands. He calls me back to explain the issues and how long the repair would take. I also received a text that broke everything down as well as the diagnostic report. I was very pleased with with my experience at Rick's Automotive Service, from meeting Rick, his excellent customer service, and how well my car performed after my repair. 10 out 10!!!

Rick was great. He got my car in right away and explained everything in detail. I received updates through out the day and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience coming to Rick’s Automotive; the shop is CLEAN, organized, and well kept. You can tell the shop is loved and cared for, the paint is bright, the floors are swept, and the atmosphere is calm. This is exceptional considering when one goes to a mechanic we’re already experiencing some type of worry or frustration because the vehicle needs something. I can tell they have the same approach when handling my vehicle. I left with the confidence that my car was in proper condition and was safe to drive. THANK YOU RICK!!

My car overheated leaving LAX and I was an hour away from home. AAA recommended Rick's so we had it towed there. He waited for us to arrive even though they were closing and fixed the overheating issue so I could get my car back home. Rick made a stressful situation easier and I appreciate it.

He was honest about the condition of my car, and even though the estimates seemed high initially, after the tests and repairs were done, he only performed and charged for the tasks that were necessary.
