This place is the absolute best. My first time there they were able to squeeze me in same day for my charger which had had a misfire. Fixed her up for a good price, were super cool to talk to, and had me going by the end of the day . For sure would recommend and will return .

I came to Rick's after visiting the service department at the local car dealership for a check engine light concern. I wanted to get a second opinion on the diagnostic and quote for repairs. Rick's took my vehicle, found that I did not need to make all of the recommended repairs that the dealership suggested, and saved me from spending unnecessarily. I also appreciated the communication on status of my vehicle that came through email. I found Rick's after looking at other reviews online and I'm glad their comments matched my experience.

Traveling from Tucson to Inglewood, our car started to make a horrible grinding noise from the front drivers side wheel. A call to AAA pointed us to Rick’s. I made an appointment for first thing the following morning. They took me in right away, test drove the car to confirm, put it on the lift and quickly found the problem. I approved the necessary repairs (including replacing the brake fluid, which they recommended.) Within a few hours, repairs were made, test driven again and now all is well. Kudos to Louis Ramirez (Service Advisor) and Jack Thompson (Technician) for taking care of our problem quickly and professionally. Being from Tucson, I may never have work done there again, but if you live in the area, I strongly recommend you take your vehicle to Rick’s for service. They are the best!!
