Had a replacement part for engine coolant , to stop overhearing ,and problem was definitely solved in record time ,and able to make to work !! Lo ve you guys over there at Rick's you all ROCK over there !!! You guys staying late for me to make to work with my vehicle is beyond the call of duty , I will never forget this ,you help me keep my new job ,that I love !! And I truly thank you Rick ,and Louie and the rest of the guys up there !!!!! I will be back for every car need I will ever have ,,, I just wish you worked on bikes (Motorcycle)

I took my minivan in on Friday and got it back Saturday. Changed my timing belt and a few other things. Very good price. Gave me a loaner car to fit me, my wife, and our three children. Super friendly and professional service. Laid out everything that was needed for my vehicle. Gave me a price. I gave them the ok and they got right on it. Sent me digital updates. With pictures and details descriptions of work. Even checked out my vehicle for other issues. I will definitely be taking it back for the other recommended service repairs. Rick is the Man!

These guys are professionals, excellent customer service and workmanship. My vehicle was broken into & I called a mobile locksmith. The mobile locksmith drilled out so much stuff, they destroyed the ignition housing and other stuff. Rick's automotive fixed all the mess & saved the destroyed parts to show me what all they had to replace. I will definitely go back & recommend them to everyone I know.
